Quick Shipment Policy

7 Business Day Delivery or You'll get $60

We guarantee shipment and delivery of this brand in 7 Business Days or less for orders over $250. We will issue you a $60 credit off your order if we do not meet the 7 Business Day Delivery. Refund guarantee is capped at the lesser of $60 or 25% of the order amount. Click this link to claim your credit.

The Free 7 Business Day Shipment Guarantee applies only to shipments within the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are excluded from the guarantee). The shipment guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for the purposes of this calculation. For example, an order which is placed on the 1st of the month at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the 10th of the month and an order placed at 9:30am on the 1st of the month would be guaranteed to arrive on the 9th of the month. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 7 Business Day Shipment guarantee is calculated from the following Monday. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Exclusions:

Orders under $200 qualify for a credit of $5 per business day that we do not meet our shipment deadline. This credit is capped at the lesser of $60 or 25% of the order total.

Items which are Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock are NOT eligible for quick-ship. Also, the Palmetto fan is not eligible for quick ship guarantee. In the event that one or more of the products you ordered is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment. If you paid for the Quick Delivery option, you will receive full credit for that fee.

Order shipped via Truck are not eligible for the credit. We do not always know when orders will be shipped via Truck. These orders will still ship as quickly as possible, but due to freight policies, they cannot be expedited.

TheLightingShop.com cannot be responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or delays with UPS/FedEx.

Orders placed after 10:00am PST will begin calculation on the following business day. Holidays are not counted as a business day.

Open Box items are not eligible for 7 Day Delivery.

Our Quick Shipment Guarantee is only offered on standard products. Special lamping, custom finishes, or made-to-order products are NOT eligible for a Quick Shipment credit.
